New Product Release | AQUA-LAB AX & TX

Hydra-Flex has introduced a plug-and–play chemical delivery system under the name of AQUALAB. It is designed to automate and simplify the delivery of liquid chemicals for a wide variety of vehicle washes including tunnels, automatics and self serve. These systems include pumps, solenoids, CHEM-FLEX Injectors, pressure regulator and HYDRA-CANNON Manifolds all mounted, pre-wired and pre-plumbed.

The AQUA-LAB AX Series of chemical delivery systems is designed for 5 – 20 GPM water flow and 10 chemicals, plus tri-foam. The AQUA-LAB TX Series is designed to deliver 20 – 60 GPM water flow and up to 15 chemicals, plus tri-foam.

The HYDRA-CANNON Manifold system combines QuickChange CHEM-FLEX Injectors and solenoid valves into a compact and versatile manifold. This technology provides the most corrosion resistant injection system for a broad range of harsh chemicals including caustic, acidic and solvent based solutions.

HYDRA-CANNON Manifold Systems can be designed to meet your exact chemical dispensing needs. 3 – 5 blocks can be connected in a modular design. This technology utilizes the most corrosion resistant and chemically inert materials to provide you with a long lasting, affordable and reliable injection system.
